Brigadier General Dean's New Suit
With Dragoons MWO Ferguson and WO Mercier attached as part of the Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Sqn deploying on TF 1-10 B, BGen Dean was given a short demonstration on what a C-IED team does and some of their equipment. As tradition goes, the team always has someone new try on the Bomb Suit (EOD 9) which is quite awkward and takes 2 people to put it on. BGen Dean was placed in the suit and tried walking a short distance to see how much it restricts your movement. He was then shown some of the other tools the C-IED team uses and was even given the chance to operate the Robot.
